Robyn is Senior Consultant at Good Consulting, complementing Sarah with her natural confidence in creating authentic connections with clients, passion for making great ideas even better and keen attention to detail. With over 12 years of experience in corporate Learning & Development and HR roles across financial services and consumer goods/retail, Robyn most recently was Learning & Development and Talent Management Director for Asia Pacific at Nike. Robyn has deep experience designing and delivering high impact learning and development solutions and talent programs, including facilitating workshops on leadership, purpose & values, leading & managing change and cross-cultural communication.
Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan and of mixed Japanese/Danish heritage, Robyn has lived in Tokyo, New Zealand and London and has called Singapore home for the last 15 years. Her multi-cultural upbringing has moulded her into an innately open-minded, adaptable and inclusive individual who truly relishes the diversity of background, thought and experiences in her client interactions and classrooms.
